General terms:
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any point.
You may not use / or reproduce my artwork and or commissioned artwork for any monetary purposes such as: merchandise, prints, etc.
(Unless agreed upon prior to being done so, Fee or % of Sale will apply.)
Using my art for AI or nfts in any way, shape, or form is PROHIBITED.
Doing so will result in an instant block, Blacklisting, And possibly a call-out post to warn others. You have been WARNED.
All commissioned work is reserved for personal use, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Personal use includes icons, banner, Stream assets, PERSONAL merch (bought only for yourself and isn't public), etc.
if it isn't directly using my art to make money without my permission it's fine

I reserve the right to publish commission work anywhere. If you would like me to keep your art private please ask and I will accomidate :)

Be patient! If there are any setbacks within the process of a commission, you will be notified. Please allow for 24 (max) hrs for me to reply to any requests, questions, etc.
Revision / Changes
revisions / changes to the pose can only be made during the pre-planning/sketching phases of the commission. Once color has been applied, no changes will be made unless I agree to do so.
I reserve the right to deny a request for any sort of change, especially if done so too far into the process of your commission. I will try to accomidate as much as possible, I want you to love the art you're paying for!
Any additional revisions / changes may result in an additional fee, depending on the severity of the change and as deemed necessary.
Ex. Changing part of or entire piece anytime after color is applied.
Elapsed time:
The artist has a job and is cursed with adhd, So please be patient and aware that there might be occasional delays, though you will always be warned in advance if possible.
Regular work will take 10-30 days depending on complexity and scheduling.
I Always try to deliver before or within this timeframe!
If a piece is needed within 48 hours I may charge a 20% rush fee.
Payment:
All payments are to be made in usd ($) and through Venmo / Cashapp / Paypal* / Ko-fi*
(*I won't force a transfer fee, but pelase be aware these take a cut of my revenue*)
All payments are final, I do not offer refunds unless no progress has been made.
Payment is due after the sketch phase of the commission process.
progress will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed in full.
Sketches will be watermarked. If you do not pay for the commission, you are not subject to ownership of the sketch and may not use or share it in any way. Doing so will result in blacklisting and Blocking. This is to protect my time from anyone trying to get free sketches.
If you back out of commissioning me after sketch phase is complete more than once I may refuse to work with you.
As always I try to be as accomidating and understanding as possible of everyone's situations, and I try to give the benefit of the dought. abusing or taking advantage of my kindness will cause me to block you and warn others against you.

Payment Plans
I am open to payment plans for larger commissions and can work with you to help you comfortably afford your commission :)
I will not complete a commission past the sketch phase until it is fully paid for.

Slight Restrictions:
mecha(s) of any kind, complex armor, & Complex landscapes are limited, as it is not my strong suit. I will do my best to accomidate!
FULL Restrictions:
Fetish art, Hateful imagery (including Racism, discriminaton, or bigotry of any kind, etc.), Other people's styles, Hardcore gore,
Anything the artist deems too complex will also not be done. Please feel free to ask me any questions, I will try to be as accomidating as possible! <3
