General terms:
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
You may not use / or reproduce my artwork and or commissioned artwork for any monetary purposes such as: merchandise, prints, etc.
(Unless agreed upon prior to being done so, Fee or % of Sale will apply.)
All commissioned work is reserved for personal use, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All bought art can be posted on social medias if you Ask me first AND credit me
do not copy/reproduce/trace any of my work!
Be patient! If there are any setbacks within the process of a commission, you will be notified prior. Please allow for 10 (max) hrs for me to reply to any requests, questions, etc.
Revision / Changes
I reserve the right to deny a request for any sort of change, especially if done so too far into the process of your commission.
revisions / changes can only be made during the pre-planning/sketching phases of the commission. Once color has been applied, no changes will be made unless I agree to do so.
Any additional revisions / changes may result in an additional fee, depending on the severity of the change and as deemed necessary.
Elapsed time:
The artist is a student/Working, So please be patient and aware that there might be occasional delays, though you will always be warned in advance.
Regular work will take 5-14 days depending on complexity, however, the cap, and maximum time is set at 20 days for any commission.
Payment:
All payments are to be made in usd ($) and through Venmo / Cashapp / Paypal (Transfer fees Apply)
Payment is due after the sketch phase of the commission process.
shading / painting process will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed.
Restrictions:
mecha(s) of any kind & Complex landscapes are not offered and are non-negotiable.
Animals are limited but not out of the question! Please DM if you have questions!
Good with Cats, Dogs, Horses, Rodents.
Anything the artist deems too complex will also not be done.
